Springtime Caddis Hatch on the Lower Sac

Author: Had a good outing with my client on the Lower Sac on Saturday. The Caddis Hatch was thick from 11-3pm. The water color was very green about 3 ft. of visibility. We landed 5 fish. And had 1 broken oar 
The hybrid oar fix made the fish pic for the day. The fishing should pick up as the water clears. We had most of our success on the Springtime Poopah size #16.
